ScanLife & the Sandy Aftermath

Hi everyone - we wanted to post a quick note regarding the impact of Sandy on ScanLife services. Our NY office and many of our employees are currently without power. However, all services including the processing of QR Codes and barcodes are all running smoothly, and we are happy to report there has been no down time throughout this event.
 
Our entire team is working remotely, some with little access to the internet. Therefore there may be delays to our technical support and customer account management services. We will continue to work as quickly as possible on the most important requests that arise, and appreciate your understanding of any unusual delays.
 
We know that many of you have been impacted by this enormous storm, and hope that you and your family are safe during this time.
